UP Premiere Concierge Limited (‘UPC’ or ‘the Company’) is not a travel agent. UPC is a concierge and lifestyle company, coordinating unique lifestyle experience for their selected clients, corporate clients and UPC members (the ‘Clients’). UPC only serves as a coordinator between the services suppliers related to the package, Great Eastern Tourist Limited. The air tickets, hotel accommodation, itinerary, tour guides and other correspondence are arranged by Great Eastern Tourist Limited. The Clients shall refer to the Related Service Providers terms and conditions for further information related to the package. UPC shall not be liable for any loss and damages caused by the Related Service Providers.

 

聯盈通並非旅行社而是一間為特選客戶,公司客戶及聯盈通會員提供獨一無二的禮遇及時尚生活體驗的公司。本公司只負責協調與此行程相關的服務供貨商:大東旅遊(旅行社牌照號碼: 350003)。本團的機位、酒店、行程及領隊導遊等安排均由大東旅遊所負責。如因關聯供貨商的問題而導致顧客損失,聯盈通概不負責。請查閱關聯供貨商的條款及細則以取得更多有關此行程的資料。(*價格有可能變動而聯盈通保留最終決定權。)

Travel Documents and Visa Issues 旅遊證件及簽證問題

1. Travel documents held by passengers must be valid for a minimum period of six months (based on the return date), exception made for in state countries. 旅客所持之旅遊證件必須有最少六個月有效期(以回程日期計算),個別國家除外。

2. The personal data collected by the company is only  used to cross check names, and whether travel documents and tourist visas held by the passengers can comply with relevant national entry/exit regulations. If entry is refused by the customs officers of the Immigration Department, the company will not be responsible for any loss. All additional arrangements are at the expense of the passenger. 本公司所收集之個人資料,只供相關機構核對姓名之用,而旅客所持之旅遊證件及旅遊簽證,能否符合有關國家入/出境條例,團員必須自行了解清楚,若被航空公司或移民局海關人員拒絕登機或出入境,本公司將不負任何責任。而所有額外安排之費用,全均由旅客自行承擔。

3. All types of visa applications submitted by our company will be decided by the consulate. If the authority refuses to issue, all the fees will not be returned. 各類經由本公司代辦之簽証申請,簽發與否均由領事館決定,如被拒絕簽發,所有費用不獲退回,本公司概不負責。

4. The company is not responsible for the delay in obtaining a visa or not obtaining enough information from the consulate when applying for a visa. 旅客因自辦簽證而不獲批淮,或代辦簽證申請時未能提供領事館要求的足夠資料,引至延誤或不批發簽證,本公司概不負責。

5. In view of the airline regulations, the travel document held by the passenger must have two full blank pages with the words “Visa” to be used as a visa label for the immigration/entry record of the local immigration office. Failure to do so can result to the airline having the right to refuse passengers boarding. 鑒於航空公司規定,旅客所持之旅遊證件必須具備兩整版印有〈簽證〉字樣之空白頁,以便作為簽證標籤及當地移民局作入/出境記錄蓋印之用,否則航空公司有權拒絕旅客登機。

6. In any case, if the passenger fails to proceed or change to another destination, while the visa documents have been processed by the company, the visa fee paid will not be refunded. 在任何情況下,旅客未能如期出發或改往其他地區,而證件已由本公司代遞交往領事館辦理簽證中,所繳交之簽證費用恕不退回。

Special Circumstances and Liability Issues 特殊情況及責任問題

1. According to the Guide No. 243 of the Travel Industry Council of the Hong Kong Tourism Council on "Abolition of Tour Groups for Members' Reasons for Unavoidable Reasons", if the travel agency cancels the tour group due to "unavoidable reasons", a handling fee will be charged in the case of handling refunds of the members. 2. "Unavoidable reasons" means war, political turmoil, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, epidemics, bad weather, technical problems with transportation, temporary changes in time/timetables of carriers, strikes, industrial operations, tourist destinations, when The WHO issues a travel warning or in the case where the Hong Kong SAR Government issues a red/black outbound warning. 「迫不得已理由」乃指戰爭、政治動盪、恐怖襲擊、天災、疫症、惡劣天氣、交通工具發生技術問題、載運機構臨時更改班次/時間表、罷工、工業行動、旅遊目的地政府/世界衛生組織發出旅遊警告、香港特區政府發出紅色/黑色外遊警示,業界不能控制的不利旅客外遊及其他任何不可抗力因素的情況。

3. Passenger normally should travel as a group. If a passenger would like to stay behind after the journey is completed, they must a submit a request 14 days before departure. The company will try its best to provide a ticket extension to the returning port. Whether confirmed or not, passengers are not permitted to withdraw from the tour due to this reason. 旅團所採用團體機票,須跟團往返,若旅客於旅程完畢後停留,必需於出發前14 天前提出,本公司定當盡力向航空公司代訂延期返港機位,但不論機位確定與否,旅客不得藉此退出。

4. In case of special circumstances, the company has the right to cancel any tour before departure or make appropriate allocations in response to the actual environment. Passengers may not object or withdraw by reason. 若遇特殊情況,本公司有權在出發前取消任何旅團或因應實際環境而作出適當調配,旅客不得藉故反對或退出。

5. In case of special circumstances, the Company reserves the right to change the arrangements in the journey and the passenger shall cooperate. 在可能的變化下,本公司保留在旅程中所有安排的更改權,旅客應予合作,不得異議。

6. For passengers who will be arranging their own  air tickets:  in compliance with the itinerary, if the first night requires overnight at a hotel in a remote location or due to weather, strikes, war, absenteeism or safety conditions If the vehicle is suspended, or other accidents, some of the itinerary must be transferred/changed or cancelled. Passengers cannot request withdrawal or complaint. In addition, if some itineraries are canceled due to the above reasons and not within the scope of our ability control, the guests who arrange own round-trip tickets shall bear any additional costs and losses. 自備來回機票參團嘉賓注意(適用於指定團隊及日子) : 如因行程調配關係,若第一晚入住酒店比較偏遠地方或因天氣、罷工、戰爭、怠工或安全情況影響而引致有關交通工具暫停服務,停航或其他事故,而必須調動/更改或取消部份行程,旅客不能藉詞要求退出或投訴。另外,如因以上原因非我司能力控制範圍之內而取消團隊出發,自備來回機票嘉賓需自行承擔任何額外費用和損失。

7. If any passengers of the team fail to comply with the guidelines of the service personnel and harasses other passengers, the service personnel of the company have the right to cancel their tour depending on the circumstances and will not refund any fees. The company is not responsible for all actions after the passengers left the group. 任何團員在各項活動安排中,經常不遵守服務人員指引,對其他團員作出滋擾,本公司的服務人員有權視乎情況而取消其隨團資格,不會退還任何費用,而離團後一切行動概與本公司無關。

8. If the passenger leaves the group or gives up the itinerary during the journey, the remaining fees will not be refunded. The company is not responsible for all actions after the passengers left the group. 旅客如在旅程中自行離團或放棄行程,餘下之費用概不發還,而離團後需自負責任,一切與本公司無關。

9. Passengers are required to follow the guidelines and arrangements of the service staff during their participation in the itinerary. The passengers are required to assess their physical condition, weather conditions and content of their activities and seek medical advice from professionals if necessary. 旅客在參與行程中安排或自費活動時,須遵守服務人員之指引及安排,旅客須自行評估當時身體狀況、活動時的天氣情況或內容,在有需要時可自行向醫生或專業人士尋求意見,旅客須自行承擔一切引起之責任損失及費用等。

10. The company will not be responsible for any delays in transportation due to weather condition, government regulations and the implementation of the provisional decree that require changes to the itinerary or flight, resulting in additional costs for the members. 因交通延誤、天氣、政府頒布及實施臨時法令時需要更改行程或航機,而導致團員增加額外費用,本公司將不負任何責任。

11. The company will not be responsible for any loss caused by war, coup, strike, transportation, hotel, restaurant or local tourism agency negligence or other uncontrollable  accidents. 因戰爭、政變、罷工、交通工具、酒店、餐廳及觀光機構之疏忽或其他不受控制的意外而直接或間接導致團員傷亡、財物遺失及損毀、精神受損等,本公司一概不負責任。

 

Additional Considerations 額外注意事項

1. In order to provide passengers with comprehensive travel protection, the company recommends that passengers purchase travel insurance. 為使各旅客獲得完善的旅遊保障,本公司建議必須自行購買旅遊綜合保險。

2. If a typhoon No. 8 or above and a rainstorm warning are hoisted, all tours will depart as scheduled, unless the company has been notified by airline that the flight will be cancelled. The passenger must arrive at the airport at the designated assembly time. 如懸掛八號或以上颱風及暴雨警告,除非接獲本公司通知航班更改或取消,否則所有旅團均如期出發,旅客必須於指定集合時間抵達機塲。

 

Statement of Personal Information Collection 個人信息收集聲明 

※ The Personal Data collected or exchanged by UP Premiere Concierge Ltd. (“UPC”) will be used for the purpose of checking, exchanging and / or disclosing the shares and / or affiliated companies and / or other relevant institutions or persons of UPC are not required to inform the customers of the use of relevant services and activities such as administrative choreography, customer service, risk management, crime investigation and so on until the customer has made instructions to UPC. In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the customer is also entitled to access and / or correct his / her personal information in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
